Pure Stretch

Join us for this gentle exercise class with a focus on flexibility and range of motion taught by Cyn Tennant. We’ll touch on the importance of posture and balance. Much of the class takes place on the floor. This is the perfect class for anyone who might be intimidated by a traditional yoga class.
