Pure Stretch

Join us for this exercise class taught by Cyn Tennant. Soft music and gentle stretches focus on flexibility and range of motion in a comfortable environment. Much of the class takes place on the floor. This is the perfect class for anyone who might be intimidated by a traditional yoga class.
