Dancing Mindfulness

Dancing Mindfulness is a free movement of expression with mind, body and spirit. Classes are open to everyone regardless of previous experience with dance, yoga, music, meditation, or spiritual practice and is led by certified facilitator, Fonda Kingsley, who extends a special invitation this month to women and mothers. This class is not choreographed, nor a direction driven class. Dancing Mindfulness invites you to connect with your inner self, in a non-judging, non-striving environment.
